How do payments work with Turneo?
Top 3 things to know
- 💳 Turneo pays out by the 10th of each month for all online bookings from the previous month.
- 🧾 You’ll receive a PDF invoice and Excel booking list at the start of every month.
- 🌍 Your payout is made in the default currency set in your Turneo business settings.
Turneo supports two types of payment flows:
- Online bookings: When a guest books and pays online, Turneo collects the payment and makes monthly payouts to both the hotel (for their commission) and the organizer (the total booking value minus the agreed commission, shown as “your total earnings”).
- Concierge or on-property bookings: When a guest books through the concierge directly, and the hotel collects the payment, the payout is settled directly between the hotel and the organizer.
At the beginning of each month, we’ll send you both a PDF invoice and a detailed Excel booking breakdown for the previous month. Payouts for online bookings are made monthly, by the 10th of each month, in the currency selected as the default one in business settings of your Turneo profile.
There’s no minimum payout threshold — if there are eligible bookings in a given month, a payout will be made. However, if any required financial information is missing, Turneo cannot complete the payment and will reach out to the organizer until everything is in place.
