Turneo Concierge Tool

How to make a booking:

1. Go to app.turneo.co/ and log in with your credentials
2. Go to the Concierge tool on the left-hand menu
3. Click on the experience that the guest wants to book
   1. Note: you can also use this page to browse experiences with the guest. Use the search bar, location filter and categories to refine options.
4. Choose the booking details on the right-hand side, including rate, date, start time and number of people
   1. Note: you can also use this page to provide the guest with additional details about the experience
5. Click “Checkout” and you’ll be taken to a form to fill out with the guest details
6. Click “Complete Booking”

How to view, manage and cancel existing bookings:

1. Go to app.turneo.co/ and log in with your credentials
2. Go to Bookings on the left-hand menu
3. Use the filters at the top of the page to find the relevant booking
4. Click the drop-down arrow on the right-hand side of the booking to see more booking details
5. Click “Cancel booking” if you wish to cancel the booking
