Payouts for external and in-house activities
Experiences organised by your external providers
At the time of booking, we take full payment from the guest. You don’t need to do anything. We’ll also handle refunds if the guest cancels during their cancellation period and will let you know (again, you don’t need to do anything).
At the beginning of each month, we’ll send you a link to a full report of your bookings for the previous month. This report will show:
- Total number of bookings
- Total booking value
- Your total commission
You then need to issue us an invoice for your commission. We’ll need from you:
- An invoice with the amount to be paid (take this from your report)
- Your legal name and address
- Your identification number for tax purposes
- Your bank details
Once you have issued us an invoice, we will transfer your commission to you.
Experiences organised in-house by your hotel
At the time of booking, we take full payment from the guest. You don’t need to do anything. We’ll also handle refunds if the guest cancels during their cancellation period and will let you know (again, you don’t need to do anything).
At the beginning of each month, we’ll send you a link to a full invoice of your bookings for the previous month. This report will show:
- Total number of bookings
- Total booking value
- Your total earnings
There is no need for you to issue an invoice to Turneo.
At the same time, we will issue your payment. The amount you receive will therefore be the total booking value, minus the agreed Turneo commission (shown as “your total earnings”).
In order to do this, we’ll need from you:
- Your legal name and address
- Your identification number for tax purposes
- Your bank details
Please note that for legal purposes, you should continue to invoice the guest.
