Managing experience availability

Ensure your availability is always up-to-date and learn how to manage it in your Turneo Hub.

As a reminder, availability is set using Rate Options within Dates & Price section of each experience. You should periodically check whether all the rates are still properly set up to ensure you do not miss out on any bookings.

Here's an example of how your Rate Option looks like to your guests:

1️⃣ Check if your rates have expired

There are two ways to check the availability of your experiences depending on the number of experiences that you are interested in.

Single experience overview via Experiences page:

  1. Select the experience you wish to check
  2. You can now see all rate options listed under Dates & Prices section. Rates which require your attention will be highlighted - 'Rate expired' in red and 'Rate expires soon' in yellow. 

Multi-experience overview via Calendar view:

  1. On the right hand side you can select a date range or a specific date for which you want to adjust availability. 
  2. Click the Selling tab at the top.
  3. You’ll be able to see any experiences which have active rates still running within the specified date.

2️⃣ Edit available spots for a specific date

Sometimes, you want to make a one-off change to your availability on a given date, that overrides the rules you set up through your Rate Options. You can do this by editing the number of available spots.

Open your Calendar view:

  1. Choose the date(s) that need a change in the number of available spots. Note that it may be simplest to do this one date at a time if you want to change multiple.
  2. Find the experience running on that date, select the slot to open the booking overview and click on 'Edit Spots'.
  3. Choose how many spots should be available for that slot. 
  4. To remove all remaining spots for the activity, instead select on 'Stop selling sales for this slot'.
    • If you already had bookings for the specific slot and you now need to cancel them, you can click on "Cancel all bookings" at the bottom of the booking overview. 

3️⃣ Extending your existing rates to add new dates

Open your Calendar view:

  1. Click on the ➕ sign in the bottom right-hand corner
  2. Select the Experience, and the Option that you want to extend
  3. Add new dates and start times
  4. Click Add Slot

Alternatively, you can set up new rate for each experience through its Dates & Prices section.
